Write the voting card number correctly and select the assembly correctly.
If you do not know the name and part number of the MLA, look at the name of the MLA written on the back of the election card..And fill the corm based on that.All images must be legible.If you have gone to live in another assembly, you have to fill Form-2 in the assembly you have gone to live in and write the old election card number in it compulsorily.Form 2-A should not be filled for this, Corm 2-A should be filled only to correct if the person has moved from one address to another in the same assembly).

Lightbill / Verabil / Gas Bill in the name of the present person or his / her family member
Mandatory writing of election card number of family member or neighbor in family details.
One person should fill only one form for any amendment-addition in one election card and not fill the form frequently so as not to be rejected.
